What Happens Next

We have already submitted a number of planning applications to Buckinghamshire Council and intend to submit further applications in the coming months, covering all the various parts of our proposals except the new station entrance / exit, which will be submitted by Network Rail.

 

Applications have already been submitted for the following parts of our proposals:

  • Further reconfiguration of the access road, including a new roundabout on Thorney Lane & internal roundabout – full planning application, submitted September 2024, reference number PL/24/2751/FA
  • Additional data centre – outline planning application with all matters reserved except access, submitted December 2024, reference number PL/24/3532/OA
  • 310-space car park for Iver Station – full planning application, submitted December 2024, reference number PL/24/3919/FA

Applications will be submitted in the next few months for the remaining parts of the proposals:

  • New homes, primary school, mixed-use space, 120-bed hotel & open space (outline planning application)
  • Northern entrance / exit for Iver Station (prior approval application, to be submitted by Network Rail)

Looking ahead, the first parts of the proposals to be delivered subject to planning consent will be:

  • The new arrangement for the access road, which we hope to commence by Spring 2025
  • The new car park for Iver Station, which we hope to commence by Summer 2026
