We hope to submit a number of planning applications to Buckinghamshire Council in the next couple of months, covering the various parts of our proposals except the new station entrance / exit, which will be submitted by Network Rail.

Looking ahead, the first parts of the proposals to be delivered (subject to planning consent) will be:

• The new arrangement for the access road, which we hope to commence by Spring 2025
• The new car park for Iver Station, which we hope to commence by Summer 2026
