Land North of Iver Station

Our Proposals

Planning consent was granted in 2024 for a data centre in the western part of the site and a reconfiguration of the access road through the site.  We are now bringing forward further proposals for the rest of the site, including:

 

  • Approximately 700 homes
  • A primary school
  • Mixed-use space for shops, offices and community uses such as a doctors’ surgery
  • A 120-bed hotel
  • A 310-space car park and northern entrance / exit for Iver Station
  • An additional data centre
  • Over 8 hectares of open space including walking & cycling routes
  • Further reconfiguration of the access road, including a new roundabout on Thorney Lane & internal roundabout

 

Planning applications have now been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council for the proposed data centre and the proposed car park for Iver Station, as well as the further reconfiguration of the access road.  Applications for the rest of the proposals are due to be submitted in 2025.
